Weston-upon-Trent is a large village, pleasantly seated on the north-east bank of the Trent. It is located just west of Aston-on-Trent.

Other Information : This is Saint Mary's parish church. It is mostly 13th century, the north isle windows are 14th century. The west tower has 15th century windows and a recessed spire. It contains fragmentary effigies of Richard Sale (d1615) and his wife.

Other Information : This is the Coopers Arms Pub, housed in 17th century mansion (formally Weston Hall), used by Oliver Cromwell as temporary barracks. During the First World War an escaped German prisoner hid here briefly before eventually making his way back to his homeland. This pub has its own 1.5 acre lake which is popular with the local fishermen for it's Bream, Carp, Roach & Rudd etc.

Other Information : This is the old plough inn pub, it is located on Weston Road. It is an old pub which has been extended into an adjoining cottage.
The award winning garden has been judged 'best in Derbyshire'.

Other Information : This is not just any old oak tree, But a Scarlet Oak which was planted here in front of the old plough inn to commemorate the silver jubilee of H.M. King George V on May 6th 1935.

Other Information : This is Weston Lock and lock keepers cottage on the Trent and Mersey canal, The brick Bridge (No.8), caries King's Mills lane over the canal next to this lock. The top gates were built in 1978 and the bottom set in 1988.
